• Experience in teaching, training or supporting learner progress.
• Ability to engage learners using varied methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Functional Skills Maths from Entry Level 1 to Level 2 to small groups.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons meeting diverse needs.
• Use varied teaching methods to support learners.
• Provide guidance and academic support throughout the learning journey.
• Create and maintain individual learning plans to track progress.
