Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is hiring a Fitness Instructor. You will inspire others, provide health and fitness guidance, and help customers achieve their goals in a lively, supportive environment.

Minimum CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 is required; Practitioner/Reps Level 3 is ideal. The role offers training, progression to management, and opportunities to develop Personal Training client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness industry and ability to inspire others.
• Ability to deliver suitable health and fitness advice.
• Willingness to pursue CIMSPA qualifications with employer support.

Responsibilities

• Induct new customers and ensure safe equipment use.
• Set and monitor client programmes and tailor to abilities.
• Lead Personal Training sessions and grow PT client base.
