Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status or working towards it.
• Experience delivering teaching in a further education setting.
• Strong communication skills to engage and inspire learners.
• Ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse learner needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum and awarding body requirements.
• Monitor student progress, attendance and achievement, and address concerns.
• Provide clear targets and timely feedback to support learner development.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learner needs, including SEND.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement.
