Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Lecturer for a full-time maternity cover in Bexley. You will deliver engaging learning experiences, guiding students to achieve qualifications and develop professional skills for the childcare sector.

The role requires a teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and experience in Early Years, Childcare, or related fields, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Early Years programmes.
• Create engaging lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning materials.
• Support learners to achieve positive outcomes and qualifications.
• Act as a course tutor and provide tutorial and pastoral support where required.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and achievement.
• Undertake assessment activities and maintain accurate learner records.
• Support curriculum development and contribute to new programme initiatives.
• Participate in student recruitment, interviews, enrolment, and induction activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employers and industry partners.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the student experience and maintain high educational standards.
