Morgan Jones Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Lecturer to join the Service & Professional Industries department on a full-time maternity cover basis. You will deliver engaging learning experiences and support learners to achieve qualifications in the childcare and education sector.

The role requires a teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one), experience in Early Years or related fields, and strong communication and organisational skills.

• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.

• Minimum Level 2 English and Maths qualification (or willingness to achieve).
• Understanding of curriculum delivery, assessment, and learner support.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Early Years programmes.
• Create engaging lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning materials.
• Support learners to achieve positive outcomes and qualifications.
• Act as a course tutor and provide tutorial and pastoral support where required.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and achievement.
• Undertake assessment activities and maintain accurate learner records.
• Support curriculum development and contribute to new programme initiatives.
• Participate in student recruitment, interviews, enrolment, and induction activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employers and industry partners.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the student experience and maintain high educational standards.
