Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a RES Childcare Lecturer to join North Notts College, Worksop, on a part-time basis (12 hours per week). The role is temporary from November 2026 to June 2027, with hourly pay of £19.62–£20.59 and holiday pay dependent on teaching qualification.

You will teach Childcare/Early Years, hold or pursue a teaching qualification, and demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage a demanding workload and admin duties.

Qualifications

• Hold a teaching qualification or be working towards one.
• Hold an appropriate level professional qualification in relevant subject specialism.
• Have experience of teaching Childcare/Early Years.
• Be well organised and able to manage your own workload, including administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver Early Years/Childcare learning aligned to curriculum requirements.
• Contribute to curriculum design and development to improve learner outcomes.
• Maintain organised records and manage workload effectively.
