Job summary

Winnovation Training Ltd in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a joyful Classroom Tutor to support learning and development in the Early Years sector. You will create a nurturing, engaging and stimulating environment where individuals can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

This full-time role (37.5 hours, 8:30am–4:30pm) offers £28k-£32k depending on experience and requires an enhanced DBS check and safeguarding commitment.

Qualifications

• Qualified to teach Early Years with a recognised teaching qualification.
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Education.
• Enhances SEND understanding and EYFS curriculum knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Early Years lessons and activities.
• Support development across EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor and record learners' progress.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners; uphold safeguarding standards.
