About Early Years Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner in Newcastle upon Tyne to support our children's learning and development in a caring environment.

You will contribute to safe, stimulating activities and build trusting relationships with children and families, while observing progress and tailoring activities to each child’s needs. Qualifications

• Hold a relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Experience working with children in an early years setting.
• Passion for nurturing young children's growth and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents and colleagues.
• Creative in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.
• Patience, empathy and understanding with children's needs.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork.
