Zusammenfassung

Education Supply Pool are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our supply pool serving Newport and surrounding areas.

You will supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and 4, deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, manage behaviour, and support pupils to stay on task. A valid DBS check and degree-level qualification are required, with experience in teaching or tutoring preferred. Applicants must be adaptable and reliable.

Qualifikationen

• Degree-level qualification required.
• Relevant education and training.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects.
• Previous classroom, tutoring or lecturing experience.
• Ability to manage behaviour and maintain discipline.
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils.

Aufgaben

• Supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and keep students on task.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide support and assistance to students as needed.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of students.
• Report progress to the regular teacher.
