Job summary

Sutton Community Academy is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our expanding team. You will provide supervision for students when their teacher is not present and assist with maintaining curriculum cover across all Key Stages.

The role begins January 2027 and requires a positive, student-centered approach. We offer induction, ongoing training and a supportive environment within the Academy Transformation Trust, with opportunities for professional development and a generous benefits

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting.
• Literacy and numeracy to GCSE A-C/9-4 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for students when their teacher is not present.
• Support and maintain curriculum cover across Key Stages.
• Participate in induction and ongoing training with teaching staff.
