Job summary

The Morley Academy is seeking an inspirational and committed Cover Supervisor to support students' learning by supervising classes in the short-term absence of teaching staff. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with the confidence to engage and motivate young people.

We are looking for someone with GCSEs in English and Maths, experience with young people, and a calm, flexible, professional approach who can contribute to the wider life of the Academy.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Experience of working with young people and a passion for supporting their success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt to different situations.
• A calm, flexible and professional approach, with the enthusiasm to contribute to the wider life of the Academy.
