Job summary

• Take overall responsibility for a class as designated by the Headteacher.
• Plan stimulating, challenging and enjoyable activities for unforgettable learning opportunities.
• Teach pupils according to their educational needs.
• Assess, record and report on pupil development, progress and attainment.
• Promote general progress and well‑being of pupils.
• Provide guidance to pupils on educational and social matters.
• Maintain good order and discipline in the classroom and ensure safety on and off premises.
• Participate in school meetings relating to curriculum, administration or organisation of the school.
