Floreat Wandsworth Primary School is seeking an aspirational Class Teacher to join their team, teaching in KS1 or KS2 and inspiring young learners to reach their potential.

The successful candidate will work within a supportive cluster, with opportunities for professional development and progression within GLF Schools. January 2027 start; permanent, full-time contract; Inner London pay scale (MPR or UPR1).

Qualifikationen

• Excellent classroom practitioner with a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning to inspire, nurture and guide pupils of all abilities.
• Proven ability to manage pupils in positive ways, maintaining a calm school and modelling dignity in every situation.
• Ability and experience to teach at a ‘good plus’ level within a classroom, including assessment and feedback.
• Have very high expectations of achievement and behaviour and have energy, enthusiasm, drive and determination to raise standards.
• Commitment to modelling Floreat's character virtues in order to grow these across the school community.
• Exceptional organisational skills including time management.
