You will collaborate with colleagues, parents/carers and external partners, and work within statutory frameworks, upholding safeguarding and welfare commitments while contributing to a strong team ethos. Visits to the school are encouraged.

• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where pupils are inspired, challenged and supported to reach their full potential.
• Take responsibility for the learning and development of pupils in your care, working with colleagues, parents/carers and external partners to meet individual needs.
