You will lead the multidisciplinary team, support staff, and take charge in the Ward Manager's absence, ensuring adherence to Trust policies and the NMC Code.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager.
• Prioritise care delivery within the ward setting in line with Trust Policies and Guidelines.
• Supervise the ward team and delegate tasks according to skills and development needs.
• Contribute to the annual appraisal system and Personal Development Plan development for the ward team.
• Participate in governance processes and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
