Connex Education Partnership is seeking a Business Studies Teacher to deliver engaging KS4/KS5 lessons in a Sandwell/Oldbury area school. The role starts asap and is a long‑term booking, with a competitive daily rate and PAYE paid weekly.

You will differentiate to support students with SEN, assess progress, and foster a safe, nurturing environment where pupils can thrive and build confidence in their learning journey.

Qualifications

• QTS – Qualified Teaching Status.
• Previous experience working in Education is essential.
• A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
• An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS4, KS5.
• Differentiate teaching to support students with SEN and other needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom that promotes confidence and curiosity.
• Assess, mark, and provide regular feedback to track progress.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school ethos and culture.
