Harris Girls' Academy Bromley is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Business Studies to inspire and develop our students. The role requires QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree, with experience in multi-ethnic urban schools valued.

You will deliver a broad Business Studies curriculum, support learners as a tutor, and contribute to departmental improvement. You will work within a collaborative team, focusing on high standards, equality of access, and strong parental engagement.

Formación

• Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree.
• Secondary teaching experience (including practice) preferred, with multi-ethnic urban school exposure.
• Strong understanding of National Curriculum KS3/KS4 and lesson-planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a broad, balanced Business Studies curriculum for all abilities.
• Monitor progress and support students as a teacher/form tutor.
• Develop resources, assess work and contribute to department planning.
• Collaborate with staff to raise standards and student attainment.
• Communicate with parents and external agencies as needed.
