REESON Education is seeking a Year 3 Primary Teacher for a full-time, long-term post in Slough starting January 2027. The role focuses on delivering engaging lessons, building pupil confidence and supporting KS2 progression in a welcoming school.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, have UK primary experience, and demonstrate strong planning, inclusive teaching, and effective behaviour management to raise pupil outcomes.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Year 3 or KS2 experience is beneficial.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective lesson planning.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons across the Year 3 curriculum.
• Build on pupils' Key Stage 1 learning as they transition into Key Stage 2.
• Teach core subjects, including English and maths, while delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
• Use assessment to monitor progress, identify gaps and inform future planning.
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and additional needs.
• Establish clear routines and promote positive behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support pupil development.
