Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience working or volunteering with children and young people is essential.

• This role is physically engaging; daily tasks include manual handling, personal care and applying Positive Handling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support a diverse group of students, including those with autism spectrum disorder and other challenging behaviours, helping them achieve their fullest potential.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and colleagues to implement individualised support plans.
