Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Inspection Technician to join a rapidly growing lifting solutions manufacturer in Rotherham. You will conduct inspections of cranes, hoists, slings and chains to ensure compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations, and travel to client sites as required.

The ideal candidate has a background in Oil & Gas, Construction or Manufacturing and holds a LEEA qualification.

Are you an experienced Inspection Engineer with a background in construction, oil & gas or manufacturing, looking to join a rapidly growing manufacturer of lifting solutions offering excellent benefits and career progression opportunities?

Established over 20 years ago, this company has built an excellent reputation within the industry and now operates across 10 depots throughout the UK. With exciting new projects on the horizon for the new year, they are looking to expand their engineering team with the addition of an experienced Inspection Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out thorough inspections of lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, slings and chains, ensuring all equipment meets the requirements of LOLER and PUWER regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inspection records and reports, with travel to clients’ sites.

This role would suit an experienced Inspection Technician with a background in oil & gas, construction or manufacturing to join an established business with excellent benefits.
