Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Project Coordinator – Inspection to lead and coordinate all project quality inspections across suppliers, customers, and internal teams. You will manage NOIs, schedules, FATs, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with contract requirements.

The role requires excellent planning, stakeholder management, and reporting skills, with a focus on quality and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within a project environment.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• Experience in project coordination, quality coordination, manufacturing, or operations support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all project quality inspections.
• Issue NOIs in line with contractual requirements.
• Maintain a forward inspection schedule covering supplier, customer, third-party and internal inspections.
• Coordinate witness points, FATs, and final inspections.
• Ensure inspection activities are completed in line with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Provide regular inspection status updates to Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate inspection activities with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain inspection registers, trackers, schedules, and status reports.
