Job Description

The Insolvency Paralegal will be:

  Assisting in the preparation and filing of insolvency petitions and documents.

  Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence related to insolvency matters.

  Supporting senior solicitors in managing client relationships and case progression.

  Maintaining accurate records and files in compliance with legal and firm standards.

The Successful Applicant

The Insolvency Paralegal should be:
