Job summary

The Sales Recruitment Network is recruiting an Insolvency Manager for an independent insolvency practice in the West Midlands. You will lead a small team and drive insolvency and corporate advisory projects to timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications are not essential as the firm trains you and supports the exam. A comprehensive benefits package is included, with a salary up to £65,000 dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the team to deliver insolvency and corporate advisory projects.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases following standard procedures and compliance.
• Assist in corporate advisory and Independent Business Review projects.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial forecasts.
• Assess drivers of business performance, variances, and underperformance.
• Establish viability and strategy for a business.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation of results.
• Liaise with client staff and present findings in reports and presentations.
• Oversee a small team of insolvency professionals.
• Join partner/director at initial meetings with distressed companies.
• Contribute to contingency planning and insolvency processes.
• Monitor case progress and costs against budget.
• Provide training and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support business development activities.
