• Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with insolvency litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide variety of insolvency-related disputes.
• Manage significant client exposure and take responsibility from day one.
• Work closely with senior partners on technically challenging matters.
• Contribute to a varied caseload spanning insolvency, fraud, asset recovery and commercial disputes.

A highly regarded London law firm is looking to expand its specialist disputes team with the addition of an ambitious Insolvency Litigation Associate or Senior Associate.

Description

You will advise on a wide variety of insolvency-related disputes, including:

• Claims brought by and against office holders
• Transactions at an undervalue and preference claims
• Misfeasance and breach of fiduciary duty claims
• Fraud and asset recovery work
• Shareholder and partnership disputes with an insolvency angle
• Contentious bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings
• Enforcement and recovery actions

The role offers significant client exposure, responsibility from day one and the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced partners on technically challenging matters.

Profile
