With a strong reputation in the legal directories, the firm prides itself on delivering high-quality advice across a range of contentious matters for private, commercial and institutional clients.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier Dispute Resolution team with a particular focus on contentious insolvency and commercial litigation. You will be involved in high-value disputes and complex insolvency cases, working alongside leading practitioners on matters involving civil fraud, shareholder disputes, injunctive relief, misfeasance and claims under the Insolvency and Companies Acts. The role also provides the scope to participate in business development activities and manage junior lawyers.

What They’re Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in dispute resolution, with solid experience in contentious insolvency and general commercial litigation.
• Strong case management skills with the ability to handle complex matters with minimal supervision.
• An excellent academic record and a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Experience in supervising and delegating work to junior colleagues.
