Qualifications

  • Insolvency experience: minimum one year in an insolvency-focused role.
  • Desire to pursue professional qualifications (e.g., CPI, JIEB).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insolvency case management systems; IPS/IPS Cloud knowledge.

Responsibilities

Job description

An established Insolvency Practice is seeking a motivated and detail‑driven Administrator to join it's Restructuring team. This role is suited to someone with experience in insolvency case administration and a strong interest in developing their technical expertise within a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Insolvency case administration — Support the progression of administrations, voluntary and compulsory liquidations, and CVAs, ensuring all statutory tasks are completed within required deadlines.
  • Drafting statutory reports — Assist with preparing Administration Proposals, progress reports, and closure documentation.
  • Case management — Maintain accurate diaries, update checklists, and manage case formalities in line with internal protocols.
  • Client on boarding — Support AML/KYC checks and help draft engagement letters.
  • Technical development — Keep up to date with industry developments and emerging case law.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Insolvency experience - Minimum one year in an insolvency‑focused role.
  • Desire to pursue relevant professional qualifications.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insolvency case management systems; knowledge of IPS/IPS Cloud expected.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
