Job summary

Ambition is seeking an Associate Consultant in Insolvency & Restructuring for Leeds. The role covers a range from Junior Administrator to Manager, offering exposure to CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, CVAs, and Compulsory Liquidations.

You will join a collaborative team with development opportunities, training support, and a flexible hybrid working arrangement, aiming to build a broad portfolio of corporate insolvency work.

Qualifications

• Interest in insolvency, restructuring or professional services.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous corporate insolvency experience.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload.
• Strong understanding of insolvency procedures and statutory compliance.
• Experience drafting reports and stakeholder correspondence.
• Proven experience managing corporate insolvency cases from inception to closure.
• Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures.
• Experience reviewing the work of junior staff.
• Excellent client management and leadership skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities
