Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking a store assistant to manage goods inward, stock controls and customer inquiries at Worthing. The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to H&S and GMP, and ability to work independently.

Experience with SAP or EOS is preferred but not essential, and candidates should be willing to learn new skills and participate in forklift handling training.

• Carry out regular inventory checks.

Job description

We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.

In an ideal world it would be great for you to have knowledge of our products and services, but this isn’t essential.

What is important is experience in customer service, as we are based on an Insite managing their Engineering stores.

A great opportunity for a store’s person with experience in SAP or EOS preferred but not essential.

You will have keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.

Key responsibility

• Receiving/booking in goods (goods Inwards)
• Following agreed stores processes & procedures
• Regular inventory checks
• Assist with management to ensure targets/goals are achieved
• Stock management of external supply points
• Forklift driving (preferred) training will be provided
• Manual handling
• Customer facing enquiries
