Job summary

Nourish Care is seeking an Insights Specialist on maternity cover to design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for care providers. You will collaborate with data, product teams, and stakeholders to embed dashboards, turning complex care data into a clear narrative that supports decisions.

You will use AI tools to accelerate analysis and deliver dashboards that are insightful, scalable, and compliant with data governance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a BI developer, building external dashboards and reports.
Strong ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment while collaborating across distributed teams.
Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
Excellent data storytelling to drive decision making and actions.
Solid SQL skills for querying and transforming data from large datasets.
Experience in product organisations or consulting is valued.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards for external stakeholders.
Manage own workload and priorities in a remote-first setting.
Translate analysis into a compelling narrative for decision making.
Utilise AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements.
Monitor and optimise Power BI reports for performance and usability.
Document analytical solutions for clarity and governance.
Ensure data governance and security compliance throughout the process.
Stay updated on Power BI developments and related tech.
Write and optimise SQL queries to prepare data from the data warehouse.
