Insights Research Analyst

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid with 2 days WFH)

I’ve partnered with a scaleup based in Hertfordshire looking for an HR Insights Research Analyst to translate HR data into actionable strategies that help clients make informed decisions. The role involves data analysis, client onboarding, and delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze survey data, identify key themes, and present insights to senior leaders.
2. Deliver executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
3. Guide leadership teams in understanding engagement trends and industry benchmarks.
4. Support clients in survey design and engagement strategy development.
5. Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to help managers act on insights.
6. Create content on business trends and best practices.
7. Represent the business at events, webinars, and conferences.
8. Contribute to strategic discussions on engagement roadmaps.
9. Assist with onboarding and training new customers.
10. Manage client relationships.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year in an Insight/Research role, preferably with HR or employee data experience.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with data visualization is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders.
