Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Customer Success Insight Manager to deliver actionable insights across NIQ datasets, providing the Full View to clients. You will lead a team of 13 analysts and 15 clients, focusing on Health and Beauty to drive high-quality insight delivery and adoption of onsite and AI goals.

You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, oversee projects from concept to delivery, and identify opportunities to extend NIQ products and services.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience within Insight/Analytics function delivering insight to business issues that tell a story that drives action.
  • 2 years' experience in team management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences.
  • Expert in leading and collaborating on insight projects using multiple datasets including EPOS and Consumer panel.
  • Evidence of creating positive customer/internal relationships in complex situations.
  • Experience in change management and strong knowledge of FMCG industry, retail and consumer trends.

Responsibilities

  • Team leadership and development: Inspire, lead and develop team to deliver fantastic customer service, elevate insights and drive innovative approaches to customer briefs to challenge customers' thinking and deliver actionable insight.
  • Escalation point for clients for any insight based concerns or issues.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building: Working with NIQ stakeholders, plan and execute an engagement plan to build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Project management: Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Manage project resources effectively, ensuring the team is adequately staffed and equipped to meet project demands. Forward plan team resourcing in conjunction with the Customer Success HBPC Business Unit Director
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Develop strong internal relationships, manage internal stakeholders and projects to ensure the customers' requirements are translated into delivering the very best NielsenIQ can offer.
  • Revenue opportunity generation:You will identify opportunities for additional NIQ products and services to meet customers' needs.

Job description

The Customer Success Insight Manager is responsible for delivering insight across the breadth of NIQ data sets to provide our customers with the Full View.

You will make a difference by leading insight across a team of 13 Junior and Senior Analystsand 15 clients to deliver impactful actionable insights. You will personally lead the majority of the analyst team in Health and Beauty with a focus on ensuring high quality insight delivery, driving adoption of our key onsite and ai goals and continually evolving insight ways of working best practice. All so NielsenIQ can deliver maximum value to our clients.

Salary: 45500 GBP to 76950 gross per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equityconsiderations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.
