Job summary
Legal & General is seeking a Management Information Analyst to join our Retail Annuities team, translating complex data into actionable insights to support pricing, sales and operations.
This hands-on role requires strong SQL, advanced Excel, and experience building datasets, with a proactive approach to data quality and stakeholder communication. You’ll work across teams to deliver high-quality MI and reporting outputs.
Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivots and lookups.
- Experience building and transforming datasets and delivering MI or reporting outputs.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality management information to business stakeholders.
- Write SQL queries to extract and combine data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain datasets from scratch.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into data solutions.
- Produce analysis to support pricing, sales, and operations decisions.
- Improve reporting processes and data quality.
- Collaborate across teams to understand and resolve data challenges.
- Support both BAU reporting and project-based work.
