Hobson Prior is seeking an Associate Director to lead projects that support our clients in the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in developing strategies for market access and pricing, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and managing project timelines. This position offers the opportunity to build and guide a strong team within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead research projects from start to finish, including understanding client needs and analysing responses.
  • Collaborate with team members to produce accurate reports and analyses.
  • Manage projects, including presentations and meetings with clients.
  • Oversee communication between internal and external teams.
  • Support the development of new technology platforms for payer interaction.
  • Create expert content for proprietary technology products.
  • Expand and manage a global network of stakeholders and advisors.
  • Develop strategies for recruiting global payers and advisors.
  • Train team members on market access topics across various regions.
  • Assist the commercial team in identifying new business opportunities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of pricing, market access, and health economics.
  • Understanding of global healthcare systems and assessments.
