Job summary

Greencore seeks an Insight Manager to join our Insight Team within the Commercial Strategy Team. The role supports the business-wide consumer and shopper Insight function, working with multiple stakeholders across the company and ensuring insight informs evidence-driven decisions.

The role collaborates with agency partners to deliver research, engages new agencies, and contributes to regular insight reporting. Travel within the UK and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience gathering, collating, analysing and interpreting information from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and translating findings into business messages.
• Demonstrable background managing research projects and collaborating with external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Insight Lead to embed insight across the business.
• Provide consumer and shopper insights with clear messages, strong narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Work with Category Managers to justify customer engagement and business decisions with consumer-centric rationale.
• Use diverse data sources to understand evolving consumer needs and identify strategic implications.
