Job summary

Acosta Europe is recruiting an Insight Analyst to join the team supporting Pladis in a hybrid role based in Woking. You will leverage data from the ReApp Insights Platform and other sources to generate insights that improve on-shelf availability, stock efficiency, and commercial performance.

You will work with retailer supply chain teams, commercial stakeholders and field sales to present findings, influence decisions and drive ROI through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, supply chain, analytics, or insights environments.
• Strong analytical capability with data interpretation and actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and data management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyse commercial and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights to improve stock availability and retail performance.
• Monitor stock levels in depots and stores to address supply chain challenges.
• Create dashboards and reports to support business objectives.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
