Job summary

Places for People is seeking an Insight Analyst to translate data into actionable business insight that informs decision-making across the organisation. You will build and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations, working with stakeholders to answer key questions using SQL and other analytical tools.

You will ensure data accuracy and governance while collaborating with data engineers and business teams to continuously improve reporting and value.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Insight Analyst, Business Analyst or similar data-focused role.
• Proven experience querying databases using SQL.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.
• Demonstrable ability to analyse data and provide actionable business insights.
• Evidence of maintaining data accuracy, validation and integrity within reporting and analytical processes.
• Experience of working within a housing association.

Responsibilities
