Role Overview

As an Insight Analyst, you will deliver detailed customer and product insights that inform strategic business decisions. Your work will involve using advanced mathematical and analytical methods to solve complex problems and improve decision-making processes. You will collaborate with various business units to understand customer behaviour, risk, and value, contributing to customer acquisition, retention, cost management, and cross-/up-selling strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver customer analysis to support business decision-making and tactical delivery.
2. Provide analytical input for developing customer, marketing, and product strategies.
3. Utilise data analysis techniques and tools to deliver actionable customer intelligence efficiently.
4. Collaborate with business units to understand the customer base and identify commercial opportunities.
5. Use statistical models to assess customer risk, value, and behaviour, supporting marketing campaigns.
6. Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements, managing detailed analysis projects.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM subject or proven equivalent experience in data/insight analytics, data mining, and statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python, Databricks, or R is desirable.
• Experience in delivering actionable customer insights.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, understandable formats.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging management.
