You will also gain hands-on experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch to transform online conversations into actionable strategies.
In this position, you will analyze large datasets and employ tools such as Google Search and online reviews to identify trends in consumer attitudes, behaviors, and perceptions, converting them into actionable insights. Collaboration with teams to create clear, engaging reports and presenting key findings to clients will also be key responsibilities.
