The AA is seeking an Insight Analyst to turn data into actionable insight, working across teams to influence decisions and drive business value. You will own analytical challenges, build relationships with stakeholders, and use Python, SQL and Power BI to deliver clear recommendations that impact customer and business outcomes.
This mid-level role offers hybrid working with three office days per week and opportunities to grow technical and commercial capabilities within the COO function.

As an Insight Analyst at the AA, you will use data, analysis and technology to help our teams make better decisions for our customers and our business. This is a hands‑on, mid-level role where you will take ownership of analytical challenges, uncover meaningful insight and turn it into clear recommendations that people can act on.
But this role is about more than what happens behind the screen. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, get close to the challenges facing the business, ask the right questions and confidently bring your insight into conversations with people at all levels. You will work across teams to influence thinking, solve problems and make a tangible difference, while continuing to grow your technical and commercial capability.
