Financial Conduct Authority seeks a Unified Threat - Technical Specialist to lead security threat responses, coordinate with government and partners, and provide expert risk guidance across enterprise security and travel security. The role focuses on cyber threats, insider risk and physical access, in a high‑profile environment.

You will centralise threat management, work with international stakeholders, and contribute to policies, training and risk-based decisions within a supportive setting.

Qualificações

• Experience managing information and intelligence gathering and briefing senior leadership.
• Experience applying formal risk management techniques in security contexts.
• Knowledge of intelligence handling, governance and information management standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the FCA’s response to security threats including cyber and physical risks.
• Collaborate with government, law enforcement and external partners for coordinated security.
• Provide travel security advice and support for overseas colleagues.
• Advise on risks from Organised Criminal Groups within financial crime remit.
• Develop and implement security policies, standards and best practices.
• Deliver risk assessments and provide specialist threat advice as needed.
• Design and deliver security training and awareness initiatives.
• Work across the organisation to support strategic decisions and broaden skills.
