We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead - UKI to manage and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on opportunity generation within the region. This role offers the chance to build a high-performing sales engine and lay the foundation for success by scaling the team in the region.

What you will do:
  1. Report directly to the Director of Inside Sales, responsible for weekly forecasting, training, and providing support, coaching, and feedback to your team;
  2. Involved in hiring, coaching, and developing the SDR team to master sales development skills, including cold-calling, understanding customer profiles, and facilitating discovery calls to generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives;
  3. Manage daily activities of the SDR team, including call coaching, pipeline management, and key metrics tracking;
  4. Identify opportunities and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency;
  5. Manage team and individual projects to ensure successful execution and adoption;
  6. Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and market segments, developing playbooks, talk tracks, and email templates in collaboration with team enablement;
  7. Conduct personal and career development discussions to prepare high-performing SDRs for future sales roles.
What you will have:
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
  • 2+ years experience managing an SDR team;
  • Charismatic leadership and team spirit, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team;
  • Data-driven mindset, understanding key activity and production metrics;
  • Problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach;
  • Experience with Salesforce, including report generation and dashboard creation.
