Linde Material Handling, a global leader in forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the UK. You will proactively promote products to SME clients and drive sales opportunities through outbound emails and calls.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Sales, commercial or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities using outbound emails, calls and lead follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns and provide information via calls and emails.
• Explain and demonstrate product features to customers.
• Maintain and improve the prospect database and research new leads.
• Update the CRM at every customer contact point.
