Job Description

World Wide Technology, a recognized leader and top company globally for 13 consecutive years, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Operations team in Peterborough. You will collaborate with Account Management, supply partners, end-users, and internal teams to support sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes, orders, product info, and tracking
• Develop and maintain knowledge of assigned accounts and OEM products/services
• Utilize WWT tools, processes, and partner applications to configure and validate product solutions with manufacturers like CISCO, DELL EMC, HPE, F5, VMWARE
• Understand supply sources and manage quote and order processes

Experience Needed

• B.A. in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in IT sales/support
• At least 2 years of sales/support experience in IT
• Experience with CCW CRM is preferred
• Proficiency with WWT internal systems and tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
