World Wide Technology EMEA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Sales Operations team. The role involves interacting with account management teams, supply partners, end-user customers, and internal support teams.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requirements promptly (quotes, orders, product info, tracking)
• Build and maintain knowledge of assigned accounts and OEM products/services
• Use WWT tools and partner applications to configure and validate technical details with manufacturers such as CISCO, DELLEMC, HPE, F5, VMWARE
• Understand supply sources and order processes

Experience Needed:

• B.A. in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in IT
• At least two years of sales/support experience in IT
• Experience with CCW CRM preferred
• Proficiency with WWT systems and processes
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
