We now have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative within our Sales Operations team. The role involves direct interaction with account management teams, supply partners, end-user customers, and internal support teams.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests for quotes, orders, product info, and tracking within specified timeframes.
• Build and maintain knowledge of assigned accounts and OEM products/services.
• Utilize WWT tools and partner applications to configure and validate technical solutions with manufacturers like CISCO, DELLEMC, HPE, F5, VMWARE.
• Understand and manage supply sources and order processes.

Experience Needed:

• B.A. in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in IT sales/support.
• At least two years of sales or support experience in IT.
• Experience with CCW CRM is preferred.
• Proficiency with WWT systems, tools, and processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
