The role

As Internal Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sales and service strategy, driving performance, and supporting customer satisfaction. Based across two sites, you will manage a dedicated team of internal sales professionals, ensuring high motivation, efficiency, and commercial success.

• Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team across both sites.
• Monitor and drive KPIs and sales targets to ensure strong commercial performance.
• Collaborate with external sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support quoting, order processing, and customer relationship management.
• Identify training needs and deliver continuous development opportunities for the team.
• Champion CRM usage and data integrity to support business intelligence and planning.
