? Your Role

You’ll work with existing clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending the right mix of Citation services to support their growth. This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role focused on cross-selling and upselling value-driven solutions—not cold calling. Your goal is to deepen client relationships, increase revenue, and help businesses thrive.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and consult with clients to identify current and emerging needs
  • Recommend relevant services through effective cross-selling and upselling
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections with confidence
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline via CRM systems
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure clients receive seamless support
