Job summary

Fike Corporation in Greater London is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer EP to be the commercial and technical contact for customers and partners across Europe. You will support the sales team and Field Service Engineers with service contracts, maintenance and interventions.

You will combine technical understanding with commercial skills to ensure fast, professional and high-quality service. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus, and Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or service support in technical/industrial environments.
• Good technical understanding of customer applications and requirements.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on service requests from customers, sales and Field Service Engineers.
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and technical information.
• Proactively follow up quotations by phone, email and video calls.
• Monitor service contracts and maintenance schedules and contact customers when action is required.
• Ensure Field Service Engineers have information before an intervention.
• Create and maintain customer contacts, quotations and orders in Salesforce.
