What You'll Be Doing (The Role):

As an Inside Sales Apprentice, you'll be at the forefront of our business development, focusing on identifying and acquiring new customers over the phone or via digital leads, accelerating our business development and customer touchpoint capacity. You'll also manage a portfolio of existing/dormant customers, aiming to minimize churn and enhance customer experience.

  • Customer Acquisition:Receiving, generating, and assessing leads
  • Establishing initial contact
  • Confidently presenting offers
  • Raising quotations
  • Following up on leads
  • Closing deals and signing up new customers
  • Reporting and recording activity in company systems
  • Customer Management:Proactive customer management
  • Maximising customer experience

  • Reporting and recording in the relevant company systems
