• Support Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in delivering high quality therapy to patients.
• Part of a Therapy team comprising Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistant Practitioners and Therapy Support Workers.
• Regular in-service training provided by Therapies and MDT members.
• Involved in service development and new projects to ensure best practice.

Responsibilities

• Support the Therapy team in delivering assessment and rehabilitation to assist with recovery and discharge planning.
